Mercy Ministries fully refunds most items sold by Mercy Ministries of America that fall within our return policy if they are returned within 30 days of purchase. You must contact our Customer Service Representative at Mercy Ministries to begin the return process. Any item returned without the authorization from Mercy Ministries will be refused. Full Refunds
We will issue full refunds (excluding any shipping costs) for the returned items with the following conditions. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error.

•    Purchased item is in its original condition- No visible wear, damage or missing parts
•    Within 30 days of purchase date - this must be verified by our Customer Service Rep prior to return
•    Return merchandise must be received within 15 days of contacting Mercy Ministries for approval of refund

A refund will be issued once your item is returned to Mercy Ministries and verified. We will notify you of your total refund being issued.

Exchanges are also available through Mercy Ministries. You must contact our Customer Service Rep for approval of an exchange for product. Exchanges must be issued within 30 days of purchase. You will be responsible for return shipping costs to Mercy Ministries. Your exchange will be approved once the item is received and the condition of your item is verified.

Damaged or Incorrect Order Received
We apologize for the inconvenience of receiving a bad order. Please contact our Customer Service Rep immediately if you have received damaged or defective product, or an incorrect item(s). We will be happy to correct your order immediately. We ask that you call upon receipt of your order. We may not be able to help if too much time has elapsed since purchase of your item.

Reasons to refuse a refund

•    Item was purchased longer than 30 days prior to contact
•    Item appears to be worn or used upon inspection
•    Item is missing original parts
•    Item was returned to Mercy Ministries without prior authorization from Customer Service
