Virtual Run for Mercy | Roseville, California

**IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT**As you have seen, this is a very difficult time for our community and nation. We have been watching closely to the government and health experts to determine the right course of action through this complicated decision-making process. As of March 11th The California Public Health Officials updated their policy to counter the spread of the coronavirus of cancelling events larger than 250 people. We have moved our Run For Mercy 5K & Family Walk to be a virtual event. Registration to the CA Run For Mercy 5K & Family Walk is still open but there will be no physical event at Maidu Park. We highly encourage you to continue in your fundraising efforts. Donations still VERY MUCH matter in this time. We have no intention whatsoever of ceasing operations in any of our four locations. Please continue to encourage those you know who need help to reach out to us for help. Your donations are still helping young women find freedom.

In following recent CDC recommendations, we have postponed the Packet Pick up that was scheduled for this Friday, March 20th as well. We are still very much looking forward to partnering with Walmart, Destiny Community Center, San Francisco Bay Coffee, Star Fleet Filtration, KLOVE, AIR1, Borel Photography and many other community businesses to bring you and your family a fun event in early summer, more details to follow as they develop.

We want to thank you greatly for supporting the young women at Mercy by signing up for this great event and continuing to fundraise with us. Here are some updates:

  • -T-shirts, Runner’s bags, and Mercy Multiplied fanny pack will be available at a future Packet Pick Up and that additional event in early summer. At this time we will not be mailing out shirts and runner’s bags but will plan on doing so for those who request this in early summer.
  • -In these trying times for our entire world we STILL believe Freedom is Possible and we are still dedicated to helping these young women! Follow our Social Media pages for encouragement for yourself and more ways you can help support these young women during this time.
  • -Your registration costs and donations towards the Run For Mercy 5K & Family Walk still VERY MUCH matter. Those donations are right now still helping young women find freedom and therefore we will not be offering refunds on registrations. Read here for testimonies our newest California graduates Faith and Quisha that YOU supported!!
  • Please be in prayer for our Mercy residents, applicants and staff as we are committed to continuing our work in the homes. We also want to extend an invitation to pray for you. Please share your prayer request at All four of our U.S. homes are still open and operating. If you know someone who needs help, encourage them to reach out to Mercy Multiplied today! Our staff is equipped, ready and waiting to help hurting young women start living their life with purpose and hope!
